Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, obligations and responsibilities between REZU (the “Company”) and users in connection with the use of the services provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- “Service” means the REZU app and web services provided by the Company.
- “User” means a member who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment)
- These Terms take effect when posted on the Service.
- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law and will give prior notice of any amendment.
Article 4 (User Obligations)
Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms and the Community Guidelines.
